Functie

As a Marketing & Communication specialist, the following tasks will be part of your role: 

  • Create newsletters and news articles for our internal platform.
  • Maintain an active and engaging presence on client’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Design visual assets such as flyers, brochures, digital graphics, etc.
  • Create presentation materials and event support content (PowerPoint, print deliverables).
  • Review and edit materials to ensure they align with our brand guidelines.
  • Support event logistics: from organizing materials and presentations to sourcing and preparing goodies.
     

Functie-eisen

The Marketing & Communication Specialist we are looking for has the following qualities: 

You are fluent in French, Dutch and English – all written and spoken

  • A creative mind with strong visual and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable designing layouts and presentations (PowerPoint & Canva).
  • Familiar with social media marketing practices and trends.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on clear and results-oriented messaging.
  • Autonomous and proactive team player.

Education & Experience

  • Preferably a college degree in marketing and communication.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or commercial 

Tools

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus.

Aanbod

  • A temporary contract, 5 -month CDD, starting mid August 2025 until Mid January 2026.
