Functie
As a Marcom Specialist, you will play an integral role in supporting marketing and sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: You develop innovative promotion concepts and strategies, writing copy for marketing materials, sales letters, and other impactful content. You manage and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, retention campaigns, and re-targeting strategies using a marketing automation platform. You create, edit, and optimize email campaigns to drive engagement and results. You coordinate and execute a social media plan, ensuring the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn shines. You support the creation of marketing materials such as catalogues, flyers, and promotional items, working closely with the graphic design team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

To succeed in this role, you bring experience, skills, and a proactive mindset. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing or communication role. You possess hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and social media campaign management. You are proficient in design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver, with knowledge of CSS and HTML being a bonus. You excel at analyzing data and using your insights to propose effective commercial initiatives. You hold a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, with excellent English and French writing skills (additional languages are a plus).
