As a Functional Analyst HRIS, you duties will consist of: Development and maintenance of HR information systems (SIRH), in particular Cornerstone and SuccessFactors Technical support for HR team members, those responsible for competence management and training, line managers Preparation and provision of training and documentation to users Functional analysis of HR processes and formulation of improvement proposals, translation of needs communicated by HR teams and those responsible for competence management and training into functional specifications Collaboration with IT and HR departments within the company for the integration of systems and data Production of analyses to support decision-making Participation in HR projects, from planning to implementation and evaluation Develop knowledge of the HR tools market to identify solutions of interest to the organization Contribution to managing relationships with various partners and suppliers.
