Functie
The Channel partner marketeer is responsible for executing the EMEA channel marketing plan in cooperation with & in support of EMEA channel partners (distribution network) into the various markets. This consists of the coordination of various (localized) marketing projects, as well as all related Brady partner communication. Your responsibilities: Partner communication: o You will be the point of contact for marketing related requests and questions by distributors (managing the dedicated distributor mailbox). o Manage the dis-enews calendar & planning. o Create & send (monthly) distributor newsletters or direct mailers in due time, including input gathered from product managers & other MarCom colleagues. o Ensure content is suited for your target audience (channel partner personas). o Maintain the partner portals, in order for partners to find relevant content & tools. Channel partner support: o Participate in regular meetings with the respective marketing responsible at the partner side to define a joint marketing plan & understand the partner needs. o Help define compelling marketing plans at & with key partners. Choose activities that will ensure maximum ROI gained from promotional spending with a single channel. o Ensure e-commerce initiatives are supported & take the lead on digital Brady brand & landing pages on partner websites. o Support the implementation of our marketing plans at partners’ side by coordinating and/or creating and supplying the required materials via Showpad shared spaces on time. Monitor deadlines continuously. o Support the Channel marketing manager EMEA in handling the marketing contribution request budget, including follow-up on correct invoicing by partner. o Coordinate & keep track of the partner marketing activities via Smartsheet & manage the related request process. Monitor & evaluate the undertaken initiatives to measure effectiveness against greed KPI’s, and recommend improvements as needed. o Safeguard the communication of partner marketing initiatives to both internal stakeholders & our channel partners. Skills & competences: • Structured, well organized and able to manage different projects at the same time • Strong social & communications skills to support the relationship with internal & external stakeholders • Flexible, hands on & proactive • Able to start and complete projects independently & take initiative to continuously improve: turn input and ideas into plans, take ownership of project execution, incl. deadline and milestone monitoring; strong result-oriented • Creative, have an eye for detail & work accurately • Fast learner & open to the use of (new) tools (Google Suite, Smartsheet, Showpad…); • (B2B) Customer Focus; • Fluent in English (both verbally & in written) all other languages are a plus. Education & experience: • You are an experienced creative marketeer; knowledge of and affinity with the use of both online and offline marketing tools will be an advantage • Bachelor or Master degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in (the coordination of) marketing projects • Being passionate about communication • Experience with (B2B) e-mail marketing is a plus; • Knowledge of a DAM system, preferably Widen is an advantage; • Experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce or marketing automation tools such as Eloqua are nice-to-having; • Affinity with technical products.
