Introduction

Spring Professional is looking for a motivated, adaptable, and versatile Business Support to join our customer’s team. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can switch easily between tasks, and enjoys working across multiple domains. This role is key in driving internal engagement, supporting strategic communications, organizing impactful events, and managing operational investments.

Function

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Business Support

  • Drive internal communication initiatives and community engagement through Viva Engage.
  • Support the integration and visibility of a specific brand across all marketing and communication activities.
  • Facilitate the alignment and delivery of key business priorities to internal stakeholders.

Event Management

  • Assist in the planning and execution of subsidiary-wide events such as learning days, and other company-wide gatherings.
  • Support the organization of senior leadership events including off-site.

Investment Management

  • Monitor and report on subsidiary OPEX, including Travel & Expenses (T&E) and cost pool management.

Requirements

Profile & Competencies:

A first experience in a similar role.
A Bachelor degree in administration, marketing or related domain.
Able to switch quickly between tasks and priorities.
Highly motivated and eager to contribute to multiple areas of the business.
Multifunctional mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
Full professional proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong asset.
