Functie

As an Account Manager for the Real Estate partners of our client you will be responsible for managing and developing a large partner portfolio in the Walloon region. These partners are mainly real estate agencies and building promoters. The goal is to actively conclude a long term partnership with these partners and motivate them to offer energy contracts of our client (electricity and/or gas) to their customers (BtBtC). The latter are end customers which are moving or building a house or an apartment. Other products and services can be added depending on the evolution of the energy market; You optimize the commercial partnerships through physical visits and qualitative contacts with existing partners; You expand your portfolio through active and qualitative prospection. This is your main focus; You maintain and expend your portfolio by participating to a number of specific networking events; You acquire and maintain knowledge of the energy market and the evolutions in the real estate sector; You develop a sales and prospection plan towards (new) partners in line with the strategy of Luminus and provide feedback on a regular basis to the sales manager. You are a teamplayer and share best practice.

Functie-eisen

You have previous experience as Account Manager. You are able to work with digital tools. You are fully proficient in French and have a good knowledge of Dutch and English. You have affinity with the real estate sector. You have affinity with indirect/relational sales. You are a strong communicator and networker. You are flexible, positive and have good organizational skills.
