For one of our clients, a leading organization within the financial sector, Spring Professional is looking for a Financial Security Data Product Lead.

Our client is a well-established organization within the financial industry that is investing heavily in data-driven innovation and regulatory excellence.

Within the Financial Security domain, you will contribute to the development of a strategic data product that supports key processes such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions and Embargo. Working closely with business, IT, data and compliance teams, you will play a key role in shaping the organization’s future data landscape.

Functie

As a Financial Security Data Product Lead, you will own the vision, strategy and roadmap of the Financial Security Data Product. You will ensure the successful delivery of a scalable, high-quality data product that enables regulatory compliance, operational excellence and advanced analytics.

Your responsibilities include:

Define and manage the vision, strategy and roadmap of the Financial Security Data Product.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Financial Security, Data, IT, Risk, Compliance and Business teams.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the data product within an Agile environment.
Coordinate governance, planning, prioritization and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Design and implement a robust Data Quality framework, including KPIs, dashboards and monitoring.
Drive continuous improvements by resolving data quality issues together with business and technical teams.
Promote the adoption and reuse of the data product across multiple business domains.
Identify opportunities to further strengthen Financial Security through data-driven solutions.
Monitor project progress, delivery milestones and risks while ensuring business expectations are met.

Functie-eisen

Education

Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent through experience.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong experience in Data Governance, Data Products or Product Management.
Experience within Financial Security (KYC, AML, Sanctions and Embargo).
Experience working in Agile environments.
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional project leadership skills.
