Do you love bringing events to life and making sure every detail is perfectly executed? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Event Marketing professional to help deliver memorable marketing events and experiential activations. In this role, you’ll support the execution of high-impact in-person and hybrid events for one of the largest software companies in the world.

You’ll work closely with Integrated Marketing Managers (IMMs), Event Experiential Managers, MSC Coordinators, creative teams, agencies, and vendors to turn ideas into outstanding event experiences. This role involves working closely with teams across multiple countries, including Belgium, the UK, and France, providing an exciting international perspective.

Functie

As part of the event execution team, you’ll play a key role in turning plans into reality and ensuring events are delivered smoothly, creatively, and with high quality.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the execution of marketing events aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Helping deliver high-quality in-person and hybrid event experiences, on time and on budget.
  • Creating and managing event project plans with clear tasks, milestones, and timelines.
  • Monitoring event budgets and tracking Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Coordinating with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage briefs, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Ensuring all partners follow brand, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Working with creative and content teams to integrate engaging, localized, and audience-relevant content into events.
  • Supporting on-site event delivery and conducting post-event quality checks.
  • Gathering feedback, supporting post-event reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Providing input for dashboards and event performance summaries.
  • Offering hands-on operational support to ensure a seamless end-to-end event experience.

Functie-eisen

  • 1–2 years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of event logistics and audience engagement.
  • Experience working with agencies and vendors.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written), plus proficiency in at least one of French or Dutch, and basic knowledge of the other
  • Perfect knowledge of English (spoken and written).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with brand, privacy, and compliance guidelines is a plus
