Introduction

For our international client active in the IT sector, Spring Professional is looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a first experience in hunting.

Function

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for uncovering new business opportunities and building relationships?

We are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Representative who’s ready to take the next step toward a Business Development/ Account Manager role in the fast-paced world of IT.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving growth by identifying and qualifying leads, managing inbound and outbound prospects, and supporting sales opportunities from first contact to closing. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Manager and key channel partners (VARs, resellers, and integrators), helping to strengthen client relationships and expand our presence in the market.

This is a great opportunity to deepen your sales expertise, develop strategic account management skills, and grow within an international, tech-driven environment.

Occasional travel for client meetings and events may be required.

Requirements

  • French fluent and English full professional proficiency .
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, with proven skills in prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and account/partner management.
  • IT hardware sales experience or strong affinity with IT is requested.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce and CRM tools. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and self disciplined.
  • Experience working with internal teams and external partners.
