Functie
Your mission: As a Product Manager, you take charge of a portfolio of education programmes (online, on-campus and hybrid), driving their commercial success with the support of the marketing team. You focus on delivering cutting-edge learning experiences and exclusive networking opportunities to our participants to support their business growth. Lead commercial and marketing efforts (marketing plans, lead generation, networking) to secure participants. Ensure programmes meet revenue and quality targets, by actively following up commercial activities. Oversee programme design, product management and delivery, ensuring a seamless learning experience for participants both on campus and online. Facilitating sessions each year on campus and online. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Build a strong internal and external network, maintaining relationships with participants and alumni and attending network events within the entrepreneurship community. Stay updated on trends in entrepreneurship and learning & development to continuously improve programmes, keeping our portfolio up to date, competitive and relevant.

You have a strong affinity or a few years of relevant experience in entrepreneurship or SME management. You are ready to go above and beyond to support customers. Your digital skills are on top. You are customer-focused and goal-oriented, a natural problem solver who adapts effortlessly to new environments and situations. You have an excellent knowledge of English and Dutch (written and verbal). You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree or have gained equivalent expertise through professional experience. You are flexible in terms of time and location.
