It’s a win-win: companies get driven digital talent, and digital natives get experience and learn about the challenges facing the business world.

Spring Young Professionals is a brand of The Adecco Group and part of the former XPE Customer Care that has become Spring Customer Engagement. Spring Young Professionals selects, coaches and trains young potentials so they can kick-start their career.
A programme tailored to young talents. During the work-learning programme, we get young potentials up to speed so they can get to work. To help your company in its digital-first approach. They get a personal coach, training in technical skills and life skills and a host of networking events so that they are ready for the workplace.
We start with two bottleneck profiles: digital marketers and digital recruiters. Gradually, we will expand this with other profiles in sales, legal, business planning... The common denominator: to fulfil an urgent business need in companies such as yours.
