We’re looking for a Senior UX Copywriter fluent in Dutch and English to help shape the future of our digital customer experiences.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n

Functie<\/h2>\n

Your impact<\/strong><\/p>

As part of the Digital Team, you’ll make it easier for customers to understand their options, complete their tasks and make confident decisions across our websites, apps, customer portals and AI-powered experiences.<\/p>

You’ll take ownership of content initiatives from discovery to delivery, working closely with Service Designers, UX\/UI Designers, UX Researchers, Product Owners, Developers and business stakeholders.<\/p>

Your mission?<\/strong> Make every interaction clear, consistent, accessible and trustworthy.<\/p>

What you’ll do:<\/p>

Create content that works<\/p>

  • Write and optimize UX copy in Dutch and English for digital journeys, self-service flows and AI-powered experiences.<\/li>
  • Turn complex business and technical information into simple, actionable language.<\/li>
  • Craft thoughtful content for error messages, empty states and complex customer scenarios.<\/li>
  • Improve existing content using customer feedback, analytics and usability testing.<\/li> <\/ul>

     <\/p>

    Champion content quality and consistency<\/p>

    • Develop and maintain content guidelines, terminology, tone of voice and reusable content patterns.<\/li>
    • Ensure content meets accessibility, plain language and inclusive communication principles.<\/li>
    • Act as the quality gate for customer-facing content.<\/li>
    • Identify content gaps, challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement.<\/li> <\/ul>

      Bring teams together<\/p>

      • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to connect business objectives with customer needs.<\/li>
      • Partner with the French UX Copywriter to align content standards and deliver a coherent multilingual experience.<\/li>
      • Promote content design best practices and help evolve the way teams work together.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n

        Functie-eisen<\/h2>\n

        What makes you a great fit?<\/p>

        • You have at least 5 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Content Strategy or a related field.<\/li>
        • You have excellent Dutch and English writing, editing and proofreading skills.<\/li>
        • You’re experienced in multidisciplinary design teams and complex digital products or services.<\/li>
        • You understand user-centred design, information architecture, accessibility and inclusive communication.<\/li>
        • You’re familiar with content design systems and content governance.<\/li>
        • You’re comfortable working with Figma, Jira, Confluence and Excel.<\/li>
        • You’re proactive, autonomous and detail-oriented — and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo when it leads to a better customer experience.<\/li>
        • French is a plus. Experience with conversational AI, AI-assisted content creation and emerging digital tools is a strong advantage.<\/li> <\/ul>
