Within the Financial Security domain, you will contribute to the development of a strategic data product that supports key processes such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions and Embargo. Working closely with business, IT, data and compliance teams, you will play a key role in shaping the organization’s future data landscape.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n

Functie<\/h2>\n

As a Financial Security Data Product Lead, you will own the vision, strategy and roadmap of the Financial Security Data Product. You will ensure the successful delivery of a scalable, high-quality data product that enables regulatory compliance, operational excellence and advanced analytics.<\/p>

Your responsibilities include:<\/p>

  • Define and manage the vision, strategy and roadmap of the Financial Security Data Product.<\/li>
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and maintain a prioritized product backlog.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Financial Security, Data, IT, Risk, Compliance and Business teams.<\/li>
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the data product within an Agile environment.<\/li>
  • Coordinate governance, planning, prioritization and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>
  • Design and implement a robust Data Quality framework, including KPIs, dashboards and monitoring.<\/li>
  • Drive continuous improvements by resolving data quality issues together with business and technical teams.<\/li>
  • Promote the adoption and reuse of the data product across multiple business domains.<\/li>
  • Identify opportunities to further strengthen Financial Security through data-driven solutions.<\/li>
  • Monitor project progress, delivery milestones and risks while ensuring business expectations are met.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n

    Functie-eisen<\/h2>\n

    Education<\/strong><\/p>

    • Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent through experience.<\/li> <\/ul>

      Experience<\/strong><\/p>

      • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.<\/li>
      • Strong experience in Data Governance, Data Products or Product Management.<\/li>
      • Experience within Financial Security (KYC, AML, Sanctions and Embargo).<\/li>
      • Experience working in Agile environments.<\/li>
      • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional project leadership skills.<\/li> <\/ul>
