Function information

Role Purpose

Sales Excellence professionals are considered leaders of change because they provide business management expertise and lead sales productivity through the development and adoption of sales strategies, practices, and processes. Sales Excellence have a significant impact and influence in leading the vision for successful change management, business strategy, and sales optimization by monitoring Pipeline and Forecast management processes.

? Sales Support & Deal Support

? Facilitate Sales & Operational support to close deals.

? Support sellers during the internal approval cycles.

? Take the lead on agreed deals with the sellers & SSM

? Month close detail in collaboration with BEO and ROC Team

? Change Management (new tools or processes)

? Perform ongoing coaching of the sellers in order to get MSX pipeline health as good as possible.

? MSX roll out and support (also to Premier and MCS)

? Communicate to sellers changes in policies and create awareness on changes of the processes

? Forecast Management

? Facilitate Sales Forecast Monthly cycle – operational support

? Weekly analysis of the MSX pipeline and creation of an updated Sales Outlook report

? Active participation in bi-weekly 121 sales sessions –meeting preparation with the actuals versus budget, and an analysis of the pipeline for the next 3 months and follow up on action items

? Month close detail in collaboration with BEO and ROC Team

? Pipeline Management

? Pipeline hygiene follow up for soft and hard exceptions.

? Pipeline Hygiene Scrub for commitment level and stage.

? Report back to SSM / WE details on pipeline hygiene.

? MSX Bulk upload or adjustments required different that BAU for sellers.

? Report on product mix.

? Premier review on contract discrepancies in pipe vs real contracts.

? Close plans validation @MSX based on guidance. Awareness and follow up.

Other

? Harvest support: to create specific opportunities requested by Delivery based on informed detail.

? Support BEO SDS on Compass post-validation process if required, contract signature and upload (back-up)

Requirements

Essential skills and attributes

Business degree

Analytical thinking

Desire to work with datasets and number-crunching

Proactiveness

Resourcefulness

Excel and Dynamics

Interest in Business Intelligence tools

Fluent in Dutch and English
