Product Marketing Campagne Manager

Introduction

As Product Marketing Campaign Manager you will Support the Live Casino or the Casino Games Business Unit (BU) in the realization of their business objectives by taking full ownership over the planning, creation, management, monitoring and evaluation of on-line marketing campaigns in a variety of formats (promo pages, push messaging on mobile or mail, …..).

Function information

  • You take ownership and are responsible for the planning of campaigns to be delivered and you follow up closely ongoing campaigns, deployment of campaigns and set up of future campaigns;
  • As responsible for the P&L of the campaigns for your dedicated business unit, you are capable – at any time – to report to management on preset objectives and KPI’s, revenues and costs;
  • You are able to creatively balance between the right marketing activity and budget;
  • You are responsible for setting up and optimize simulations and analyses to follow closely the impact of a campaign; You are able to decide yourself on when to take measures and which measures to take if you see a campaign is not giving the expected result;
  • Since you coordinate the entire lifecycle of a campaign, you will work closely together with copywriters, graphic designer and with the CRM team for giving them instructions on which communication has to be sent by which channel to which target group;
  • You will review results of previous campaigns and take learnings out of these analyses and come up with innovative ideas;
  • You define milestones in the lifecycle of a campaign and monitor the different KPI’s;
  • You ensure that the Napoleon Games brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns.

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor degree in Marketing. An additional degree in Digital Marketing & Communication is considered as a plus;
  • You can look back upon about 2 – 3 years of relevant experience, ideally as Campaign Manager, in fast moving and online oriented business (e-commerce, on-line marketing, …);
  • You have an affinity with the world of gaming and gambling;
  • You are a passionate digital marketeer with strong analyical mindset, able to be creative and innovative and willing to take ownership over the different aspects of the campaign planning for your dedicated business (agenda, creation, management, monitoring, evaluation, pre- and post-analyses, lessons learned, …);
  • You have excellent knowledge of Dutch (in written and spoken) and are proficient in English (also in spoken and written). Speaking French is an asset but no necessity;
  • As a marketeer you are used to work with Selligent, CMS (Pimcore, FORK,…), HTML, Office, Jira & Confluence (Project MGMT tools);
  • You are able to work in a fast moving environment and are used to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty;
  • You are used to work in a structured and organised way, even when working with tight deadlines;
  • You are result oriented, respect deadlines and work well under pressure;
  • You are not scared of being accountable for P&L and have budget responsibility;
  • Can-do attitude always looking for opportunities to improve the way of working;
  • You have a positive attitude, are a teamplayer and love to share your expertise and insights with others;
  • You keep abreast current trends in marketing, in especially in the gaming and gambling business;
  • You do not offer excuses, you offer solutions …
