Mission

As a ‘Direct Sales Quality Control Officer’, you will provide operational and administrative support for the development and operation of the various Direct Sales channels. You will play an important role in ensuring the quality standards required of the sales representatives, both in terms of the contracts they conclude with customers and in terms of the way they conduct themselves at events.

As a ‘Quality Control Officer’ you will:

• Manage the control of the correct treatment of the sales contracts of our commercial partners, by different digital tools, the paper contracts signed by customers, to listen to voice logs following a complaint, …

• Check how our agents behave, in attitude, commercial speech, state of the stand, … at our different Retail partners ==>Mystery Shopping

• Sometimes contact customers for certain verifications.

• Organize and control a number of processes that must guarantee the quality of the sales channels.

• Be responsible for providing detailed reports to your colleagues and manager.

• Organize and participate in meetings for and with partners, when necessary. You are also present at agreed times. This can be both internal and external.

• Take initiatives and propose solutions in order to improve the quality of the sales and control processes in place.

Functie-eisen

This is how we see our ‘Quality Control Officer’:

• Strong affinity with computer tools, you have a good knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferably, you have a basic knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.

• Fluent in Dutch, French and if possible in English (orally & in writing)

• You have administrative, analytical and organizational skills and you can work with the necessary discretion.

• Your work is structured and solution oriented.

• You are a teamplayer and are able to work individually/take the right initiatives.

• Your communication skills are ‘on point’.

• You are commercially minded and understand the requirements of our sales partners.

• You are willing to travel throughout Belgium, 1 to 2 days per week.

• You participate in team meetings, in Brussels or Hasselt (sometimes elsewhere).

• Affinity of the energy market is a plus, not essential.

• Expertise in mystery shopping is a plus, not essential.
