The company is a world leader in diesel engines, fuel and exhaust systems, filters and generators for industry, automotive and marine.

Description d’emploi

As CSR you will process incoming orders and inquiries from external and internal customers, as well as build a strong relationship with customers in order to handle calls/mails relating to service. You also ensure to act in compliance with the companies philosophy of Customer Support Excellence and provide customers with immediate order confirmation and updates. Furthermore, you manage the orders and due dates according CS KPI’s (order intake, scheduled orders, …) and respond to customer’s request for information in a proactive manner.

The commercial part of the job lies in informing the customer of all company services, including promoting the companies on-line ordering tool ‘WebParts’ and other channels (e.g. EDI) to ensure the optimum service is selected to meet the customer’s needs. Also, you deliver lead time information on a permanent basis to the customers (weekly order status reports) and handle tracking requests from customers. You will also work closely with all departments to ensure customer satisfactions are met.

On the other hand, you pro-actively inform the customer about the status of his orders, back-orders and shipments; and run the necessary queries to obtain this info. You make sure all necessary administration is complete and handed over to the third party logistics partner to guarantee a smooth delivery to the customer. If problems occur, you act swiftly with all involved parties to implement the appropriate recovery plan at a minimal additional cost.

Besoins

As CSR:

  • you have a first experience in an international Customer Support environment and or in a commercial position;
  • you have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience;
  • fluent English language skills, both written and spoken. Other European languages are an asset.
  • good level of PC skills. Past CRM tool usage is a benefit;
  • analytical skills;
  • business process understanding;
  • problem solving and time management are no strangers to you;
  • obvious teamwork skills;
  • attention to detail;
  • you are available from September 2019 until at least March 2020. Extension can be discussed.
