We are looking for a Service Coördinator to join our client’s team in Diegem, focusing on operations across the Benelux region. In this role, you will be responsible for dispatching tasks, daily planning, and building strong customer relationships, for a World Wide Giant in IT.
Functie
Your future responsibilities: You answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, always focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience. You keep your team and customers updated by maintaining clear and consistent communication on progress and case statuses. You handle daily task planning, dispatch calls, and anticipate changes or requirements in the supply chain. You collaborate with field engineers and business teams to resolve issues and proactively provide customer solutions. You follow company guidelines, use your independent judgment to suggest improvements, and actively participate in team decisions.

As an ideal candidate, you have the following skills: You have strong keyboard, telephone, and communication skills. You are experienced in administrative tasks and familiar with planning tools and commercial processes. You think analytically, understand SLAs, and are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Operating Systems. You have excellent organizational and geographical knowledge. You can assess situations and offer solutions, always maintaining a proactive and structured approach. You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written. You excel in customer service and communicate clearly, whether on the phone or in writing. You are a team player with a flexible attitude and strong organizational skills. You are able to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines. You are disciplined, detail-oriented, proactive, and punctual in your work.
